How does the Five-Hour Guarantee work?
I verify the Five-Hour Guarantee before I ask you to pay. The Assessment Report must identify at least five reclaimable hours a week. A 14-day refund backstop applies after delivery. Good-faith obligations are to complete the intake truthfully, attend the discovery call, and share reasonable information about your current workflows and tools. The guarantee excludes misrepresentation, non-participation, and out-of-scope requests.
